WRINKLE ITA PAPER - Origami Fiber Paper 50gsm- Gift Wrapping

San Ita Paper - Delicate folding paper from Italy.
In the early 2010s, one morning walking around old paper shops in Saigon, I found a dusty, extremely rare, flat, rough paper with an eye-catching fiber pattern. The thickness is suitable for Origami so I bought a few sheets to try. Only after the first Goldfish sample, I couldn't be happier when I realized this is too good paper to make works from easy to difficult.
The paper is light but not too wrinkled like wrinkled VOG paper. This paper folds well, the folds do not tear or break the paper tissue structure, brittle and not too soft. Both can be folded straight, and can be bent quite soft. After that period, when I think of new works, I use this paper.
At that time, it was very difficult to find information about rare papers because the warehouse owner always kept this information hidden. They always say this is Korean gift wrapping paper or enthusiastically, they also say this is vintage gift wrapping paper from Italy. It was too difficult, so after a year of searching on retail and wholesale floors from Japan, Korea, China and Italy, I found the original warehouse. Only to realize they were out of production and only in stock!
I quickly entered the last few hundred sheets, scanned my inventory and listed it in the endangered papers

Paper used for gift wrapping. Ita origami paper has a slight grain, delicate unryu rattan texture, and is just the right thickness to fold medium to difficult patterns. Origami folding paper is large but sturdy and holds well, high friction.
